Squash and meat are perfectly combined with each other! They can be cooked together in soup, to fry and bake. In any kind they supplement each other.

It is required to you

  • - squash of 3 pieces;
  • - meat of 300 g;
  • - onion of 1 piece;
  • - white loaf 1-2 slices;
  • - egg of 1 piece;
  • - salt;
  • - black sprinkling pepper;
  • - garlic.
  • For batter:
  • - flour 2 tablespoons;
  • - egg of 2 pieces;
  • - milk 2 teaspoons;
  • - spices.

Instruction

1. Cut a squash on circles 1.5 - 2 cm thick. If necessary cut off a peel (if a peel young and thin, it is possible not to cut off). Cut out cores. They are necessary for preparation of forcemeat.

2. Wet white loaf in milk, and then wring out. Turn meat, squash cores, onions and bread on the meat grinder in forcemeat. Hammer egg, add salt, pepper, and carefully mix everything to homogeneous mass. Then beat off that forcemeat gathered in a uniform lump. Cover ready forcemeat and put in the fridge for 40 minutes to infuse.

3. Fill cores of circles of a squash with forcemeat and condense. For batter shake up eggs with a small amount of milk, I will merge also pepper. Roll in each circle in flour. Then dip in egg mix. Fry on the warmed vegetable oil to a rumyanost and readiness.

4. As inside a raw meat, fry a dish on average fire that meat managed to reach readiness. After frying it is desirable to cut one of squash and to check a stuffing. If it is dampish, it is possible to bring to full readiness in an oven, the microwave or to put all fried squash in a frying pan and to potomit a little on small fire a baking plate a cover.
