Stuffed peppers ""Half"

The Half pepper stuffed and baked in an oven is a very simple dish in preparation which diversifies a food allowance and also will decorate any family dinner or a holiday table. Such stuffed pepper consists of vegetables, the combined forcemeat, rice and sour cream. Therefore it can be given to children and even to young mothers.

Ingredients:

  • 9 sweet peppers (green color);
  • 500 g of pork ground beef;
  • 1 glass of rice;
  • 1 napiform bulb;
  • 1 carrots;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 3 tablespoons of home-made sour cream;
  • salt and black sprinkling pepper;
  • sunflower oil.

Preparation:

  • Wash out rice to transparency of water, boil until ready, cast away on a colander and again a little bit to wash out.
  • Wash, cut all pepper in half, deleting fruit stems, partitions and seeds.
  • Onion and carrots to clean and wash. Cut onions in cubes, to rub carrot on a large grater.
  • In a frying pan to pour in sunflower oil and to heat it. In oil to lay out cubes of onions and to fry them to a zolotistost. After to lay out carrot there, to mix with onions and to fry to semi-readiness.
  • Lay out forcemeat in a bowl and knead to uniformity. To add vegetable fried vegetables and boiled rice to it, will fill all with salt and pepper, to mix carefully.
