Cocktails with fruit, vegetables and greens are the real elixir of health for all who watch over the health and a figure. It is very simple to make such cocktails independently.
Cocktails from fresh fruit and vegetables – it is very tasty and it is useful.
- Drinks on a dairy basis and also drinks with high content of greens is a good source of protein. Such drinks give sense of fulness without weight in a stomach.
- Vegetables and greens – an excellent source of cellulose which is necessary for normal work of intestines. Cellulose also removes toxins and promotes weight loss.
- Fruit and vegetables – a source of antioxidants which protect an organism from harmful factors of the external environment.
- Such cocktails – a great way to load an organism with energy. They are especially useful in the spring when the organism was tired of long winter and a lack of vitamins.

There are several basic recipes:
- Green cocktail. Take favourite greens and juicy vegetables. Vegetables has to be more on the volume, than greens, and they have to be juicy. You can take fennel, arugula, a favourite grade of salad, spinach, a celery, a green beet top. It is also possible to take a nettle – its leaves need previously to be drenched with boiled water. Wash out and crush greens and vegetables, shake up in the blender. Add a vegetable juice to taste.
- Banana cocktail. Cut banana, put in the blender. Add yogurt, a teaspoon of honey and a pinch of cinnamon. Shake up. Such cocktail can be cooked with milk or fermented baked milk.
- Cocktail with bananas and kefir. Peel two large apples, shake up in the blender. Add kefir, cinnamon and honey to taste, shake up.
- Cocktail with banana and cottage cheese. Cut pieces a half of banana, put in the blender. Add 3 tablespoons of skim cheese, juice of a half of a lemon, honey and a little lemon juice. Shake up, add fat-free kefir to the necessary consistence.
