Beet salad is seldom cooked from only one beet, it is combined often with other ingredients. Here and in this recipe the taste of the baked beet perfectly will add feta cheese. Fill beet salads with usually vegetable or olive oil with addition of vinegar.

- For six portions:
- - 6 pieces of beet;
- - 200 g of feta cheese;
- - 150 g of salad mix;
- - 60 g of granular mustard;
- - 50 ml of balsam vinegar;
- - 40 ml of olive oil;
- - a bunch is fresher than mint;
- - black pepper, salt.
Instruction
1. Wash out beet, in the whole look inwrap in a foil, bake until ready. Check it for softness a wooden skewer.
2. Make marinade for beet. Mix olive oil with mustard, balsam vinegar, salt, pepper to taste. If desired it is possible to add the crushed garlic to this gas station.
3. Cool beet a little, clean, cut with segments. Mix beet segments with marinade, postpone until full cooling.
4. Mix mint leaves with a salad mix, add segment of pickled beets, the feta cut into cubes.
