  • - Champignons of 200 — 300 g
  • - Carrots of 2 pieces
  • - Olive oil of 4 tablespoons.

  • - Parsley (fresh)
  • - Lemon juice of 2 tablespoons.

Instruction

1. Clean and cut carrots lengthways. Cut mushrooms with plates. Then take a bowl or a small saucepan, mix in it carrots, mushrooms, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, fennel and rosemary.
