  • - 1 kg of beef sirloin;
  • - several bacon slices;
  • - 2 tablespoons of vegetable meat;
  • - 250 g of a desi;
  • - 250 g of red grapes without stones;
  • - half-glass of red wine;
  • - 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar;
  • - 2 tablespoons of parsley;
  • - 1 bulb;
  • - 60 ml of olive oil;
  • - salt, black pepper.

Instruction

1. Cut beef on portion pieces, rub with salt and pepper. Inwrap meat in bacon slices, tie with culinary thread. From above at will oil the received rolls vegetable.
