Instruction
1. We cook apples. We take several large apples, we clean from a core and we cut thin segments. If desired, it is previously possible to peel apples - pie will be more gentle.
2. We spread apples in a form. If we use an iron form, we will oil it. The silicone mold can be not greased. We spread apple segments on a form bottom densely, in several rows, filling all form. From above plentifully we strew apples with cinnamon - pie will be more tasty and more fragrant.
3. We cook dough. It is preparing very simply: we take 1 glass of sugar (the volume of sugar can be varied from 1\2 to a full glass - depending on a grade of apples and your flavoring preferences), we add 3 eggs and we shake up to sugar remelting and formation of ""foam"". Further we add 1 glass of flour, we mix. It is possible to add vanillin. Dough is ready! On consistence it reminds sour cream.
4. We pour out dough in a form. We do it slowly and accurately. Apples usually appear more, than the test - in the course of pastries it will a little rise.
5. We bake in an oven at a temperature of 180 degrees within 40 minutes. Pie is especially tasty hot!
