The festival of healthy food will visit Kiev in March
Today in Ukraine and the world the problem of unhealthy food and the wrong preparation of products is relevant. It exists as a result of insufficient knowledge of people of process of the choice, processing and application of products. It is designed to acquaint people to whom the health and health of the relatives is important a festival of healthy food – Best Food Fest which will pass on March 3 and 4 in M17 contemporary art center, in Kiev!
Presently some people, - as a rule those for whom the health and health of the relatives is not indifferent - more often began to think of healthy food. And only the few know that food can be both healthy, and tasty! The report of value and reality of healthy food, the presentation of skills in preparation and the choice of healthy products, communication with professionals (the chef, nutritionists, the sommelier, producers) on healthy nutrition, acquaintance with novelties in the market among means of preparation of healthy food will be the purpose of Best Food Fest.
In some developed countries (England, France) the similar festivals are held constantly, there for a long time understood that our physical and emotional state directly depends on that food which we eat. Uniqueness of the Ukrainian festival will become its program in which will both entertainments, and training are joint!
In the Best Food Fest program it is planned:
- Master classes of cooks which will show processes of preparation of tasty and useful dishes. Participants will have an opportunity to communicate and help with preparation;
- Trainings of professional nutritionists and psychologists on food;
- Tastings only of healthy food and wine;
- Master classes in baby food and many other things.

Best Food Fest is the Ukraine's first Festival of healthy food. It is a holiday of health, taste and good mood. The festival which will take place in Kiev on March 3 and 4, 2012, is intended to teach to prepare correct tasty, and, above all - healthy food.
