Very useful and tasty dietary dish. Rather simple in preparation in spite of the fact that at first sight the recipe seems difficult. It is pleasant to give it on festively served table as the main hot dish.

Ingredients:

  • Fillet from a turkey - 750 g;
  • Lemon fresh - 1 fruit;
  • Tomatoes puree - 25 g;
  • Sour cream - 25 g;
  • Young onions, it is possible green feathers - 25 g;
  • Greens fresh any - 25 g;
  • Ginger root;
  • Sweet cream butter - 20 g;
  • Tomatoes - 150 g;
  • Seasonings, pepper, salt.

Preparation:

  • To cut the fillet of a turkey which are purely washed up and dried by a paper towel medium-sized equal portion pieces, to season with spices and to accurately shift them to previously laid metal foil.
  • On each prepared piece to put on a small small square of oil.
  • Wash up a lemon. Cut with small thin circles, without cleaning off a peel, but at the same time having pulled out all stones. On each piece of a turkey to put on a lemon circle.
  • Wash and cut tomatoes circles. Lay out on meat. Wash out and crush young onions (it is possible green feathers) and fresh greens. Strew them over tomato. Crush a root of ginger and on a small pinch to add on greens.
