It is required to you

  • - 1 pineapple;
  • - 1500 ml of dry champagne;
  • - 500 g of cognac;
  • - 350 g of sugar.

Instruction

1. Exempt ripe pineapple from a peel, cut very small. Lay out pineapples on a bottom of capacity in which you plan to cook cold fruit punch.

2. Only observe proportions: at first lay out a thin pineapple layer, then from above fill up a sugar layer, further completely cover it with pineapples. Spread layers until you use all cut pineapple.

3. Fill in preparation for cold fruit punch with cognac, densely cover ware by means of food wrap, remove in the fridge for 6-8 hours, you can leave on all night long.

4. Previously properly cool champagne. Get cold fruit punch from the fridge, pour in champagne, mix all components of drink among themselves.
