Recipe of the French onions soup

It is required to you:

- onions - 800 g;

- vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons;

- a desi - 50 g;

- wheat flour - 1 tablespoon;

- sugar - 1 tsp;

- white loaf - 300 g;

- white dry wine - 200 ml;

- meat soup - 2 l;

- cheese of firm grades - 200 g;

- salt, pepper - to taste.

Wash out onions, clean and cut into cubes. On fire put a frying pan, oil a surface vegetable, and then kindle a desi. On a frying pan to lay out onions and brown it within 30 minutes on small fire, at the same time constantly stirring slowly with frying pan contents. When onions gain light brown color, it is possible to add flour to it and to extinguish 5 more minutes.

Now pour out 1 liter of broth on a frying pan, mix and let's contents begin to boil.

In a pan pour in broth and bring to the boil. Shift onions in this pan and to cook 30 minutes, constantly disturbing. Later this time it is necessary to add sugar, wine, to salt, pepper and cook 2-3 minutes, then to remove a pan from fire.
