The house recipe of crunchy chips from onions

Chips from onions are in any shop in department for snacks now. But they can be made also houses, and then to treat friends with fresh and tasty snack. Onions chips are good as a separate dish and as addition to beer and other drinks of fermentation.

It is required to you

  • Ground crackers – 70 g.
  • Hot red pepper (Cayenne or Chile) – a pinch.
  • Oregano seasoning – 1 tsp.
  • A bulb large – 2 pieces.
  • Milk – 2 tablespoons.
  • Egg – 1 piece.
  • Black pepper, salt.

Instruction

1. We mix together ground crackers, pepper (red) and an oregano so that from them separate mix (breading) turned out. We peel onions from a peel, we cut it on approximately equal thin slices and, whenever possible without damaging, accurately we sort on separate rings.

2. In a soup plate we shake up egg with milk (to homogeneous mass). In the received mix we dip all cut onions and we roll it properly from all directions in the breading made by us earlier. Council: if desired it is possible to refuse absolutely spicery, doing chips of onions. It will be to be limited then to salt with a small amount of a black sprinkling pepper enough – personally I for the first time and I made as trained them for children. It was all the same tasty.

3. We spread the seasoned onions rings on the baking tray which is in advance greased with fat ranks with an overlap (by the principle of a tile) – such deal will allow them пропечься evenly.
