It is required to you

  • On four people:
  • - fresh ground pepper — to taste;
  • - salt — to taste;
  • - olive oil of a cold extraction — to taste;
  • - a desi — 50 g;
  • - fresh mint — 1 bunch;
  • - parsley — 1 bunch;
  • - garlic — 3 cloves;
  • - a Parmesan cheese — 60 g;
  • - rice — 150 g;
  • - onions — 1 piece;
  • - tomatoes — 12 pieces.

Instruction

1. Cut the onions which are washed out in advance on very small parts. Kindle a big piece of a desi in a pan. Add onions there and fry within 5 minutes to a transparent state. Further add rice, fry 2 minutes.

2. You cook rice so as if you do risotto, that is adding hot water on a half, not stopping stirring slowly at the same time. Rees has to become an al an awning — soft, but with crunchy core. Try to taste rice after the fifteenth minute of cooking. Pepper, salt and season with olive oil.

6. Mix the turned-out gas station with rice. Spread out the stuffing prepared just on tomatoes. Place tomatoes on the form oiled. Strew everyone with grated parmesan.

7. Warm an oven to 170oC, place inside a form with the Italian stuffed tomatoes and bake within 20 minutes. It is necessary to serve a ready-to-eat meal hot or warm.
