  • - pork or beef of 200 g;
  • - cheese of 50 g;
  • - garlic 1 head;

  • - salted pork fat of 50 g;
  • - ground black pepper, salt.
  • - vegetable oil 0.25 glasses;
  • - desi of 70 g;
  • - white dry wine 1 glass;
  • - water.

Instruction
