Instruction

1. Curtail a foil twice. Pepper and salt a pork steak from all directions. Cut large mushrooms on a part, small it is possible and to leave. Lay out a half of mushrooms on a foil, lay meat on mushrooms. Lift edges of a foil.

2. Pour out and an even layer distribute the remained mushrooms over meat. Edges of a foil will protect mushrooms and won't allow them to be poured from meat down.

3. Fix a foil over meat. Put a paper bag with meat on a pallet or a baking tray. Warm an oven to 220 oC put in it for 1.5 hours meat.

4. After preparation time leaves, get a pallet with meat. Expose temperature in an oven on a maximum if there is a Top Heating function, you can include it.
