The tasty and rich dish will please all family. The unusual combination of sweet and juicy pineapple to pork delights.

It is required to you

  • Pork tenderloin – 500 g;
  • The pineapple preserved (rings) – 1 bank;
  • Onions – 1 head;
  • A hard cheese – 150 g;
  • Mayonnaise – 200 g;
  • Salt;
  • Pepper.

Instruction

1. Cut cutting on thin pieces, to leave a little. Clean and cut half rings onions.

2. Salt, pepper meat. Lay out in capacity - a meat layer, then a layer of onions and so several times.

3. Open tinned pineapples, merge syrup. Fill in the prepared meat with syrup.

4. Put from above on meat something heavy. Send to the fridge for 2 hours.

5. Get the kept waiting meat, separate onions – it isn't required any more.

6. Lay out steaks in a roasting sleeve in one layer. From above to put pineapples rings, to close a sleeve.

7. On a baking tray to lay out a roasting sleeve and to send to an oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

8. Small to grate cheese. In half an hour to get meat from an oven to water with mayonnaise and to powder with cheese. Prepare 15 more minutes before formation of an appetizing crust.

9. Serve meat with pineapples hot with boiled potato. At will it is possible to give as cold appetizer - the taste from it won't deteriorate.
