The onions stuffed with cheese and радиккио

Most often stuff with different stuffings pepper, tomatoes, eggs, and the onions here stuffed - snack not so widespread, but from it not less tasty. We suggest to stuff onions with a gentle cheese and green salad stuffing and to bake it to a golden crust.

It is required to you

  • For six portions:
  • - 6 bulbs;
  • - 1 head of cabbage of salad радиккио;
  • - 100 g of cheese of gorgonzola;
  • - 50 g of bacon;
  • - 40 g of a hard cheese;
  • - 30 g of walnut;
  • - 20 g of almonds;
  • - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - salt, pepper.

Instruction

1. Bake onions in an oven at a temperature of 200 degrees within 30 minutes. It isn't required to peel onions. After roasting slightly cool bulbs, clean them. Pull out core, make ""cups"" in 2-3 layers. From each bulb about 2 ""cups"" which can be filled then with a ready stuffing will turn out approximately.

2. Wash out salad радиккио, cut. Fry ham or bacon cut small into cubes on vegetable oil. Add salad, fry together. Then add the crushed onions cores, salt, you extinguish 5 minutes.

3. Crush nuts, rub a hard cheese on a small grater. Send these components to a frying pan together with a soft cheese gorgonzola. The soft cheese can be used also other grade. Carefully mix a stuffing.

4. Fill with the turned-out stuffing the prepared onions cups, put on a baking tray, bake in an oven about 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Snack has to become covered by an appetizing golden crust.

5. You can cool the ready onions stuffed with cheese and радиккио at first and a tax as cold appetizer. And you can give bulbs warm as a light interesting lunch or a dinner, at the expense of bacon and cheese the dish turns out rather rich.
