The pickled cucumbers stuffed with mushrooms

By summer, pickled cucumbers sometimes remain, but to use them there is no great desire any more. Then it is possible to think up with them new tasty dishes!

It is required to you

  • - pickled cucumbers of 4 pieces;
  • - marinated mushrooms of 100 g;
  • - carrots in Korean 70 g;
  • - onion of 1 piece;
  • - vinegar of 3% 2 teaspoons;
  • - teaspoon sugar 0.5;
  • - soy-bean sauce 1.5 tablespoons;
  • - black sprinkling pepper;
  • - fennel;
  • - tinned corn.

Instruction

1. Take pickled cucumbers, cut them lengthways in half. Remove with a teaspoon from the middle a part of pulp and its pripustita in a small amount of water. Then drain water, and cool cucumbers.

2. Water court shoes from cucumbers with a soy-bean sauce and pepper to taste. Leave them for 10 minutes. Peel onions from a peel, cut large pieces and sugar and and scatter vinegar, mix everything. From banks of mushrooms merge marinade, well wash mushrooms with cold water. Then small cut them. In Korean also cut carrots small, as well as mushrooms. Connect onions, carrots and mushrooms and carefully mix.

3. Accurately fill court shoes of cucumbers with mushroom mix and give on a table, previously decorate them with tinned corn and fennel.
