It is required to you

  • - 2 small languages (pork);
  • - 2 anchovies or anchovy paste;
  • - 40 g of a hard cheese;
  • - 20-40 g of a desi;
  • - one bulb;
  • - 20 g of wheat flour;
  • - 40 g of vegetable oil (for frying);
  • - 100 g roots (parsley, celery);
  • - bell pepper, salt – to taste.

Instruction

1. It is good to wash out language in cold water. In the boiling added some salt water to lower the washed-out language, to add roots, onions, spices and to bring to readiness.

2. Cool ready language in cold water and at once to flay with it and slice.

3. Carefully to mix anchovies or anchovy paste with a desi.

4. To fry slices of language with flour on the one hand in vegetable oil, to turn and oil anchovy.

5. Bake the fried and greased pieces in an oven, shortly before readiness to strew with a grated cheese and continue to keep in an oven until cheese doesn't gain ruddy color.

6. To take out pieces of language, and from it to dilute the remained juice with meat soup or a small amount of white wine, it is possible to add lemon juice, then to quickly warm up and water with it language before giving on a table.
