It is required to you:
- 60 g of semolina; - 125 g of a desi; - 125 g of wheat flour; - 125 g of sugar; - icing sugar for topping; - dense jam for pro-dabs.
Soften oil and pound with sugar in homogeneous mass. Pour semolina and once again well mix. Add flour and knead rather sloping dough.
