Lazy vareniki – extraordinary simple, tasty and useful dish. This recipe will be suitable also for preparation of a fast and useful breakfast for the school student, and for a light dinner all family. For preparation of vareniki the minimum set of products and 20 minutes of free time is necessary. It is possible to make them at once, and it is possible to freeze a crude semi-finished product that in the morning to make a breakfast in only 5 minutes.

It is required to you

  • Cottage cheese – 500 g;
  • Eggs – 2 pieces;
  • Flour – 1 glass;
  • Desi – 2 tablespoons;
  • Salt – 1-2 pinches;
  • Sugar – to taste (standardly 1-2 tablespoons).

Instruction

1. The pan from 3 l will be suitable for cooking of vareniki. Waters has to be enough that vareniki didn't stick together. Before being engaged in the test, we put water on fire – it will begin to boil just when everything is ready.

2. That vareniki turned out gentle and soft, it is better to pass cottage cheese through a sieve or just to pound a fork in a bowl.

3. In a bowl with cottage cheese it is broken 2 eggs. We kindle a desi and we pour out there. We add salt and sugar. Everything is carefully mixed by a fork, pounding a little.

4. In mix we pour flour and we knead dough. The density of the test has to be sufficient in order that from it it was possible to stick together something, but too dense it shouldn't be too: vareniki have to turn out soft and gentle.

5. We sprinkle a board with flour. Dough we cut on several pieces and skatyvay of each of them sausage with a diameter about 5-7 cm.

6. We cut some sausage on identical pieces 2-3 cm thick.

7. We throw the turned-out "patches" into the begun to boil water and we cook until they don't emerge (3-5 minutes). Then we take out them a skimmer. Lazy vareniki are ready.
