The simple recipe of squash with forcemeat in an oven

Squash are considered as one of the most dietary vegetables which can be prepared by ways of roasting, cooking, roasting or pickling. It is required to you

  • – young squash (2-5 pieces);
  • – salt, pepper;
  • – dried basil;
  • – sour cream (4 tablespoons);
  • – grated cheese (6-8 tablespoons);
  • – cooking fat;
  • – forcemeat from chicken or pork (340 g);
  • – cherry tomatoes (9-11 pieces);
  • – boiled eggs.

Instruction

1. Carefully wash out squash, cut with rings 8-10 mm thick. Remove large seeds from vegetable with a spoon, having left empty round space in the middle of each circle. Salt and put in a cup in order that squash began to emit juice.

2. Take forcemeat and well beat off. Use for this purpose a surface of a table or a wooden cutting board. Further put forcemeat in a bowl and add the crushed boiled eggs. Mix.

3. From squash merge the emitted juice. Separately make sour cream, pepper sauce and a dried basil. Dip each piece of a squash and lay out on a baking tray which previously grease with cooking fat.

4. Put the forcemeat mixed with egg in the middle of each circle. Place in an oven for roasting. When squash are brought to semi-readiness, pull out a baking tray. Wash cherry tomatoes, remove a fruit stem and put in the center of a circle. From above powder with a grated cheese. Put a baking tray on low temperature and wait for that moment when cheese melts.
