From spices take asafoetida, black and paprika. Wet a soy asparagus before swelling. After that cut and boil in the added some salt water. The asparagus has to boil only a little. For preparation of salad from a soy asparagus with a cucumber take 200 grams of an asparagus, chili pepper, 1 paprika, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, 30 ml of vegetable oil, 10 ml of sesame oil, greens, garlic, sesame. Soak an asparagus. Then cut a fuchzha, pepper, a cucumber, a celery, tomato cubes. Crush garlic and small chop chili pepper. Mix all components, add salt and sugar to taste. Fill salad with vegetable and sesame oil, and from above strew with the crushed cilantro. Before giving on a table add sesame to salad.
