- - 2 carrots, 2 bulbs;

- - 2 tablespoons of gelatin;

Instruction
1. Take two fresh mackerels, wash out it, carefully exempt from all stones and cut lengthways on two halves. Pepper and salt a small fish, at this stage you can season fish with any spices to the taste.
2. Wash out a bunch of fresh fennel, shake off it excess moisture, chop more small and strew with it on fish a plentiful layer.
3. Peel carrots and bulbs, rub carrot on a big grater, and small chop onions. Fry onions together with carrot on a small amount of vegetable or olive oil, lay out on one half of a mackerel on all length a half of vegetable weight.
