  • Half of an average bulb;
  • 650 g of forcemeat (it is the best of all beef);
  • 9 tubers of potatoes of the average size;
  • 100 g of sour cream;
  • 50 g of fresh fennel;
  • Vegetable oil for frying;
  • 100 g of a hard cheese;
  • Pepper and salt to taste.

Instruction

1. Cut hands and its spasseruyta on vegetable oil. Add ground beef to the fried onions and bring it to a condition of semi-readiness. Salt and add pepper.

2. After the frying pan is removed from fire, add small cut fennel and sour cream to forcemeat. Mix all ingredients.

3. Peel potatoes, wash out and divide each tuber into two parts. In each part cut out the middle so that court shoes turned out.
