It is required to you

  • - 4 large potatoes;
  • - 200 g of ham;
  • - 3 tomatoes;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 100 g of a hard cheese;
  • - it is a little parsley or cilantro;
  • - 10 leaves of a basil;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - 1/2 teaspoons of a ground coriander;
  • - 1 pepper hot pepper;
  • - black sprinkling pepper.


1. Prepare potatoes of the large size and to carefully wash up a baking plate cold water. Boil in ""uniform"".

2. Tubers of potatoes should be cut lengthways in half. A small spoon to take out pulp from each half (not to throw out pulp). Then it is necessary to fry them a little on oil.

3. Cut greens and pepper. Add a coriander, a black pepper and mix with oil. This stuffing should be put on a bottom of each half.

4. To small cut ham, tomatoes and pulp of potatoes which was taken from halves. Further everything needs to be mixed and to add egg. Fill with a stuffing all potato halves, and from above to grate cheese.

5. Lay all filled halves on the oiled baking tray. It is necessary to bake 20 minutes at 180C. As soon as potatoes prepared, recommended to be decorated with leaves of parsley or a basil.
