Cauliflower fritters

The following products will be necessary for you: 1 kg of a cauliflower, 2 eggs, 3 tablespoons of wheat flour, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a third of a teaspoon of baking powder, salt to taste, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
