For many of us the mention of English cuisine is associated with notorious morning porridge. But, it appears, the British cuisine not entirely consists of this very useful porridge, it presented a world gastronomy and many other fine dishes.

It is required to you

  • - 1 carcass of a turkey
  • - 1 lemon
  • - 75 g of melted butter
  • - 50 g of smoked fat or bacon
  • - 2 heads of onions
  • - on 100 g of almonds and raisin
  • - 8 apples
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 100 g of white bread
  • - 80 ml of milk
  • - seasonings (caraway seeds, sage, paprika salt, pepper)

Instruction

1. First of all prepare a carcass of a turkey for roasting. For this purpose well wash meat in warm water, dry it, rub with salt and pepper from all directions. Cut smoked salted pork fat small pieces and melt it in a frying pan. Cut a liver of a bird on small parts.

2. Chop small onions and together fry everything in the kindled fat. Dry bread, cut it in cubes of average size and connect to the fried liver. Crush kernels of almonds and cut with segments apples, and together caraway seeds, raisin and slices of a lemon add to a liver and bread.

3. Leaky fill with the prepared hepatic stuffing a turkey, sprinkle it lemon juice and the paprika divorced in the kindled fat. Wrap up a turkey in a foil and send to be baked in an oven for 3 hours.

4. In 50 minutes prior to preparation develop a foil and pour over a bird's carcass the allocated fat for receiving a golden crust.
