Vermicelli with mushrooms - it is tasty, quickly and simply

Vermicelli and pasta belong to the category of food from which it is possible to prepare many different dishes. Try to make vermicelli with mushrooms.

It is required to you

  • - 1/2 kg of vermicelli;
  • - 400 g of champignons;
  • - 1 pieces of onions;
  • - 30 g of vegetable oil;
  • - salt;
  • - favourite seasonings;
  • - pepper.


1. Peel onions and wash up it. Cut into small pieces. Too clean mushrooms from excess dirt and cut.

2. On the warmed frying pan pour a little vegetable oil and fry mushrooms within 5 minutes, it is constant them stirring slowly.

3. When mushrooms are half ready, add onions.

4. To taste you can add some pepper, salt and those seasonings which you ordinary add to similar foods. Everything needs to be fried until onions don't gain golden color.

5. Pour into a pan enough water and put on fire. Wait until water begins to boil, and throw into it vermicelli. It is possible to add some salt to water to taste. You cook vermicelli until ready. Pay attention that it shouldn't be digested, otherwise the dish will lose the taste.

6. When pasta are cooked, cast away them on a colander, then return to a pan and add a little vegetable or a desi there. Mix everything.

7. Add the mushrooms prepared right at the beginning to ready vermicelli. The dish is ready.
