Very tasty buns

Fragrant soft buns with a sweet crust – that can be better for a cozy house tea drinking. Using the most plain ingredients, you will be able to prepare them without special work and efforts. In the description we open all secrets and nuances of process of preparation. Buns turn out much more tasty, than from shop!

It is required to you

  • - flour – 700 g;
  • - milk – 250 ml;
  • - sugar – 400 g;
  • - a desi – 300 g;
  • - eggs – 3 pieces;
  • - yeast – 20 g;
  • - salt - 3 g;
  • - refined sunflower oil – 20 ml;
  • - cinnamon – 30 g;
  • - vanilla sugar – 40 g;


1. We warm milk in a pan to well warm state. We mash yeast fingers and we throw into milk. We add 2 tablespoons of sugar and flour. Everything is carefully mixed. We cover a pan with a towel and we leave at the room temperature at 20 minutes – mix has to become covered by small bubbles.

2. We kindle 100 g of a desi and we allow it to cool down. In a separate bowl we break 2 eggs and we stir them a fork till uniform color. We add 4 tablespoons of sugar, we mix and we pour out in a bowl with barmy mix. We pour out the cooled-down oil there. Everything is carefully mixed.

3. In other bowl we sift 3 glasses of flour (540 g). We add a salt pinch, we mix. We add barmy mix and we knead dough. It has to remain soft and elastic therefore we don't pour excess flour. Then we spread dough in clean deep ware, we cover with a towel and we leave at the room temperature at 1-1.5 hours. It has to rise approximately twice. Then we press down it and we spread on a board.

4. We scale dough on several parts on 140-160 g (about 8 turns out). From each part we roll a small ball, and then, having flattened it, we roll a circle with a diameter about 20 cm. We oil each circle melted, we strew with 1 tablespoon of sugar, and then – 1 teaspoon of mix of cinnamon with vanilla sugar. Then we displace a circle in thin roll (3-4 cm). We cut it in half lengthways, without reaching one of edges of 2 cm. Then we displace one half a zigzag by the uncut end, and over it also we wrap the second – classical "curl" turns out.

5. We cover a baking tray baking paper and we spread buns. We cover a baking tray with a towel and we allow buns to stand 15-20 more minutes. Then we cover them from above with a yolk.

6. We warm an oven to 180 degrees and we put buns to be baked 20-30 minutes.
