We cook salad ""Orange"

Fruit aren't a part of orange salad. But thanks to chicken breast, mushrooms, cheese and vegetables, salad turns out nourishing, tasty and suitable for a holiday table. The interesting way of registration of salad will be pleasant both to children, and adults.

It is required to you

  • - 2 fillets of chicken breast,
  • - 200 grams of potatoes,
  • - 200 grams of carrots,
  • - 3 pickles,
  • - 200 grams of cheese,
  • - 300 grams of fresh champignons,
  • - 1 egg,
  • - 0.5 glasses of water,
  • - 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil,
  • - 1 bunch of greens,
  • - 1 pack of mayonnaise.


1. Wash out chicken fillet and fill in with cold water. Deliver to fillet to cook on strong fire. After boiling salt fillet and you cook about 30 minutes on average fire. Drain water and cool chicken to room temperature. Small chop the cooled-down fillet.

2. Well wash out carrots and boil in the added some salt water to softness. Peel carrots and rub on a small grater. Boil eggs, clean and too grate.

3. Boil potatoes, clean and you remember a fork. Peel champignons, wash out and small cut. Fry the prepared mushrooms in sunflower oil (about 2 minutes on strong fire), fill in with water and you extinguish 20 minutes. From champignons drain water and mix them with potatoes.

4. Miss garlic through a press, greens and a cucumber pickles – small cut. Grate cheese or cut thin straws. Mix chicken fillet with garlic. Connect cheese to greens.

5. In a deep bowl spread salad layers: fillet, potatoes with mushrooms, cheese, marinated cucumbers. Coat layers with a small amount of mayonnaise. The top layer lay out boiled carrots and make streaks of "orange" of egg.

6. Put salad for an hour in the fridge well to become impregnated. Give to a table as cold appetizer.
