Instruction

1. Heat milk to 30 degrees, mix with a teaspoon of sugar and yeast. Leave milk with the products stirred in it for 15-20 minutes. During this time yeast will gain activity.

2. Wash eggs, break them originally in separate capacity, shake up a fork a little. Then add eggs to a milk mix, stir. Lay out hundred grams of the softened desi together with eggs.
