The meat of a turkey made according to such recipe will be very soft, gentle and tasty. And as the turkey is considered dietary, this dish especially won't affect a figure.

It is required to you

  • - fillet of a turkey – 400 g
  • - onion – 1 head
  • - garlic – 3 cloves
  • - cheese (firm) – 100 g
  • - tomatoes – 2 pieces.
  • - milk – 50 ml.
  • - egg – 2 pieces.
  • - oil (vegetable) mayonnaise – 50 – 100 ml.
  • - spices – at will
  • - salt, pepper

Instruction

1. Well wash fillet of a turkey in flowing cold water, remove a film. Cut lengthways in half, two halves of fillet will turn out. Cut each half on 3 pieces, they have to be not strongly big.

2. Beat off fillet the hammer that meat didn't become torn at hurling back, it is possible to put it in a package or to wrap up in food wrap. Salt, pepper and rub with any spices.

3. Lay a baking tray a foil, oil vegetable. Grate cheese. Clean onions, and cut (best of all to cut half rings). Wash tomatoes and cut rings or half rings.
