- - drinking water — 350 ml;
- - salt — 15 g;
- - tofu — 250 g;
- - an eel smoked — 100 g;
- - avocado — 1 piece;
- - a lemon — 0.5 pieces;
- - chips from a hole — 1 pack or sheets — 2 pieces;
- - a soy-bean sauce — to taste.
1. Bake bread in advance. For this purpose sift flour, mix among themselves. Lay out yeast in flour, grind fingers. Heat water to temperature of a new milk, dissolve in it salt. Unite water and mix of flour, knead a soft dough. You carry out a batch within 7-10 minutes. Further lower a semi-finished product in volume capacity, cover. Remove dough to the warm place. In 60-70 minutes it will increase in volume. Then it should be pressed down and created in loaf.
2. Oil a baking dish, fill with the test for 2/3 volumes. Again put dough to the warm place for 50-60 minutes. Heat an oven to a maximum, establish preparation. Bake bread the first 15 minutes on the maximum heating, about the ferry. Further it is necessary to reduce heating to 180 degrees and to bake 30 minutes. Get hot bread from a form, cool.
3. Prepare a stuffing for sandwiches. Lay tofu in a sieve, cover with a film, establish from above oppression. In 20-25 minutes, excess liquid will merge. Further cut some tofu randomly.
