Instruction

2. From water and sugar to weld syrup. To fill in with a small amount of hot syrup leaves of mint and lemon zest. When syrup cools down, to mix it with bilberry and lemon and mint mix.

3. It is carefully necessary to mix and leave all this at the room temperature for a week, having covered from above with a gauze. Within a week, mix needs periodically to be mixed.

4. In a week you will see at the bottom a deposit from bilberry puree, the settled liquid needs to be poured in capacity with a water lock and to leave for 7 days.

5. Then wine needs to be poured in bottles, to cork and leave dense on storage for 3-4 months.
