For preparation of the 1st average pizza it is required to you:

For the test:

  • 0.5 teaspoons of sugar

Process of preparation of pizza

1. Mix the products intended for the test and knead smooth, not containing lumps, dough. The volume of water is specified only approximate, it depends, directly, on the absorbing ability of flour. Conform to the rule that if dough is made correctly, нон won't stick to hands.
