What bran differs from cellulose in

Supporters of healthy food pay more and more attention to such products as cellulose and bran. And perfectly. As they bring to an organism huge benefit. Here only the difference between them is caught not by all.

The confusion between these products arose after bran began to sell in powder. Cellulose is sold in powder too. Therefore it is possible to think that it is the same. In principle – yes. In structure and bran, and cellulose there is, actually, a cellulose. But the difference after all is.

Bran

Bran is covers of grains. Any grains clean before selling in shop for porridges and soups or before grinding from them flour. And this peel of grains is also bran. This product is very valuable and necessary for health. As all useful substances of any grains are concentrated in their cover. In bran there is a vitamin B (all group) and potassium which contain in a small amount in other products. And except vitamins, bran contains food fiber. That is cellulose.

Cellulose

Cellulose is the rough food fibers purified from impurity which, getting to an organism, aren't digested, aren't soaked up, and inflate and remarkably clean intestines. Food fibers don't give to an organism energy and don't emit useful substances in blood and walls of a stomach. They serve as a broom which sweeps out all toxins and slags from intestines, bringing them together with stool. And as the broom rough (unlike soft cellulose of vegetables and fruit), copes with cleaning functions it very well.

Therefore the use of cellulose normalizes work of digestive tract, regulates a metabolism, helps to balance a diet, solves a problem with disposal of unnecessary products of cellular activity and helps to lose weight and become healthier.

Difference of bran from cellulose

As bran contains cellulose, plus vitamins and elements, important for an organism, bran are much more effective than cellulose. From their use the organism gains double effect – food and cleaning. But bran generally contains insoluble (rough) food fibers - in covers of grains of which do bran, there is no soft cellulose. And at pure cellulose there are fibers emitted not only from a peel grain, but also from berries and fruit. And, solid fibers in it much less, than soluble. Soluble cellulose, inflating in a stomach, helps to have sense of fulness (the same, as a fruit salad, only without excess carbohydrates). Therefore it is recommended for those who want to lose weight or not to recover. Bran is used in a diet for weight loss too, but also revitalizes an organism, helping it to get rid of hazardous substances. Both bran, and cellulose, thus, are important for health. Therefore it is better to combine or use them serially. But you shouldn't eat in day any given product (or two together) more than fifty grams. Both that and other product for more effective action has to inflate at first (therefore bran presoaks water, kefir, and cellulose is added to yogurt or other dishes). Also it is necessary to drink a lot of liquid together with cellulose or bran.
