Recipes with bran

So, we will provide several simple recipes of dishes with bran. We will begin with delicious digestive biscuit. For preparation you need 300 grams of oat-flakes, couple of bananas, two tablespoons of bran, one egg there are a little raisin, it is a little salts and coconut flakes.

Mix oat-flakes, coconut flakes, raisin, bran and add small cut bananas to mix. Add then salt and sugar and carefully to a promeshayta dough before receiving homogeneous mass, then add egg and once again mix. From the received test mold accurate flat cakes and bake them in well warmed oven.

Also you can surprise the relatives with steam teftelka from chicken forcemeat. For preparation you need 500 grams of forcemeat, greens to taste, a half-glass of a converted rice, egg and a half-glass of bran. Boil rice to semi-readiness, chop greens and mix these components with the others. Then create meatballs and roll in them in bran. Put teftelk in the double boiler and prepare about half an hour.
