What products contain melanin

The human body is filled with melanin. These are such pigments which contain in an iris of the eye of eyes, in skin, hair. These pigments are developed in an organism thanks to some substances.

According to scientists, melanina are the most important catalysts of the biochemical processes happening in a human body. Besides, they take active part in mitigation of consequences of stresses.

Melanin is formed in an organism thanks to interaction of two amino acids: tryptophane and tyrosine. Therefore if there is a need to intensify development of this pigment, it is necessary to eat more those products which promote this process.

It is necessary to aspire to that your food was balanced. The organism daily needs a certain amount of the proteins, fats and carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals which are contained in various and that is important, multi-colored vegetables and fruit. Sources of tyrosine are animal products: meat, fish, liver. But it doesn't mean that there is no tyrosine in a plant food. Almonds, avocado, haricot contain this amino acid in enough. Tryptophane meets less often, for example, it is in brown rice and dates. Set of both acids – in bananas and peanut. Production of melanin is impossible without participation of vitamins A, B10, C, E, carotene. They contain in grain, cereals, bread. Carotene most of all in orange fruit and vegetables, for example, in carrots, carrot juice, apricots, peaches, pumpkin, melons. For the purpose of stimulation of formation of melanin it is possible to use bean, for example, soy. Melanin is most actively produced under insolation therefore it is necessary to walk more often at those moments when in the sky the sun shines. At the same time, there are products which contain the substances complicating production of melanin. Carry to them: smoked products, pickles and marinades, alcohol, coffee, chocolate, vitamin C.
