It not only satisfies thirst, but reduces feeling of hunger, saturates an organism with vitamins and lightens the mood. It is desirable to choose not dense juice from oranges and apples.

Except drinks it is necessary to eat properly in such days. It is better to choose low-fat chicken meat from meat products, to use as much as possible fresh vegetables, any greens and also fruit and berries.
