What dishes are combined with white wine

White dry wine can be served to fish monastically. For preparation of this dish it is necessary to take: - 250 g of fillet of a perch; - 250 g of fillet of a trout; - 850 g of potatoes; - 2 heads of onions; - 250 g of champignons; - 1 egg; - 30 g of a hard cheese; - 50 g of a desi; - 150 g of vegetable oil; - 500 g of sour cream; - 1 tablespoons of flour. Peel potatoes, wash, cut straws and fry in a frying pan and a half norm of vegetable oil. Hard-boil egg, clean and cut circles. Cut the cleaned onions small into cubes, and mushrooms – pieces and fry in the remained vegetable oil. Grate cheese on an average grater. Fry flour in a clean dry frying pan and, stirring slowly, add sour cream, butter. Bring sauce to the boil. Wash up fillet of fish, dry, cut pieces of the desirable size, bread in flour and put in a form for roasting. Atop lay out potatoes, mushrooms, onions, eggs, fill in with sour cream sauce and strew from above with cheese. Put for 30-35 minutes in an oven to be baked at a temperature of 200 wasps. Semisweet and sweet white wines shouldn't be served with coffee and chocolate desserts. It are well combined with caramel cream, the sourish refreshing dishes, biscuits and fruit cakes. For example, the white muscat, Tokaj, a sherry or Madeira can be given with a dessert "Temptation". For it it will be required: - 1 glass of 20% of cream; - 170 g of icing sugar; - ½ glasses of a frozen berries of raspberry; - 10 g of gelatin; - 2 kiwis; - 100 g is fresher than some strawberry. First of all, defreeze berries of raspberry and wipe them through a sieve. The turned-out puree with icing sugar and cream which is shaken up in strong dense foam. Without ceasing to stir, pour a thin stream in the gelatin dissolved in a small amount of warmish water. Then quickly pour cream in glass glasses with a wide neck or in ice-cream bowls and put in the fridge on an hour and a half, gelatin won't stiffen yet. Before giving to a table to steal a dessert circles of the cleaned kiwis and berries of fresh strawberry.
