It is required to you

  • For the frozen cepes cream soup:
  • - 500 g of the frozen cepes;
  • - 30 g of onions;
  • - 4 tablespoons of a desi;
  • - 2 tablespoons of flour;
  • - 6 glasses of chicken broth;
  • - 3 crude yolks;
  • - 1 glass of cream;
  • - ½ roots of parsley;
  • - ½ roots of a celery;
  • - salt.
  • For the mushroom woman:
  • - 1 kg of the frozen cepes;
  • - 2 heads of onions;
  • - 50 g of a desi;
  • - 1 glass of bread crumbs;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1 glass of sour cream;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt.
  • For cepes on - hunting:
  • - 800 g of the frozen cepes;
  • - 3 tomatoes;
  • - 6 paprikas;
  • - 1 bulb;
  • - 1 tablespoons of flour;

  • - parsley greens;
