The microwave oven serves not only for warming up and defrosting of food. In it it is possible to make the whole lunch, from soup to a dessert. Follow some rules of microwave cookery and enjoy speed of process and tasty dishes.

It is required to you

  • Cheese soup:
  • - 2 potatoes;
  • - 1 carrots;
  • - 100 g of a root of a celery;
  • - 2 glasses of chicken broth;
  • - salt;
  • - fresh ground black pepper;
  • - parsley greens bunch.
  • Chicken of a curry with couscous and vegetables:
  • - 400 g of chicken fillet;
  • - 200 g of mix of broccoli and cauliflower;
  • - 5 tablespoons of couscous;
  • - curry mix;
  • - salt.
  • Chocolate cakes:
  • - 100 g of dark or milk chocolate;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 1 tablespoon of sugar;
  • - vanillin pinch;
  • - 2 tablespoons of a desi;
  • - 0.25 glasses of milk;
  • - 4 tablespoons of flour.


1. A simple and useful dish - the soup cooked in the microwave. Peel potatoes, a celery and carrots, small chop vegetables and put in a pan for the microwave. Fill in mix with a glass of water, add some salt and cover. Prepare in the microwave of 10 minutes at the maximum power.

2. Grate cheese and, stirring slowly, in the portions add it to soup. Pour in chicken broth and once again carefully stir soup. Put a pan in the microwave for 6 minutes. After the termination of a cycle let's soup stand in the furnace still a couple of minutes. Before giving strew a dish with a fresh ground black pepper and the parsley crushed by greens.

3. On the second it is possible to serve the meat, fish or bird dish. Try to make chicken fillet with a difficult garnish from couscous and vegetables. 7. For a dessert give chocolate cakes in glasses. In a bowl lay out the dark or milk chocolate broken on pieces, add milk and butter. Put a bowl in the microwave for 1 minute. Shake up egg with sugar and vanillin. Add egg mix to chocolate, pour flour and mix. Spread out получившеюся weight on glass glasses or circles and put in the furnace for 2-3 minutes.
