For this purpose wash up and dry meat, salt, strew with pepper and rub with favourite seasonings. Inwrap in a leaf of a foil and send to the warmed oven. That the ready-to-eat meal turned out softer, it is possible to pickle a product previously. For meat as marinade it is possible to use wine, a soy-bean sauce, kefir, wine vinegar, mineral water, a kiwi. For fish – a lemon, a soy-bean sauce, white wine. Consider that fish, unlike meat, can't be pickled long, otherwise she will lose the taste and will collapse when roasting. For decoration of ready-to-eat meals use greens.

Please members of household with light fruit and berries desserts: jelly, smoothie, mousses, fruit soups and salads. In the presence of the blender or the food processor their preparation will take only a few minutes. Having cooled similar desserts in the fridge, you will be able to offer house a healthy alternative to ice cream from shop.

Don't forget that it is necessary to drink more in the summer. If usual water bothered you, you can make up for losses of liquid the compotes made at home, fruit drinks, lemonades. However you shouldn't do them too sweet. Also well tea – grassy or green without sugar satisfies thirst.
