1. Glance to neighbors who have no seasonal dachas and relatives in the village. For certain many of them with pleasure will buy couple of bags of your selected potatoes.
2. In many cities hold agricultural fairs and exhibitions in the fall. Offer on them products from the kitchen garden. If you don't want to trade at a fair, then agree with one of sellers to take your goods on realization.
3. There is no opportunity to get on such fairs? It is possible to sell potatoes also to owners of greengroceries or dealers in the market. The rare businessman will refuse to take products of good quality for the outlet. Some even hang up at an entrance of shop of the announcement that will buy potatoes and other vegetables from local farmers.
4. Also offer surplus of a harvest to owners of dining rooms, cafe and restaurants. Here, however, there can be a problem – the points of a public catering working long ago have suppliers of products from whom they buy all necessary. And not each chef will begin to change the checked seller of vegetables. But it is worth offering the harvest after all. Suddenly somebody just looks for a batch of good potatoes.
5. Besides, costs will address also to the small companies which are engaged in production of starch, chips and other potatoes products. Many of them buy up raw materials at private traders.
6. Small potato with pleasure will be bought by owners of pig farms. As a rule, farmers seldom have cash. But as option, it is possible will agree on barter – you a forage for pigs, to you in exchange – meat.
7. If you are engaged in cultivation of potatoes professionally, you have the limited liability partnership or SP, sell a harvest to the state. Submit the application for participation in the tender for purchases. So your potato can appear in canteens of kindergartens, schools, hospitals and other social objects.
