The centuries-old and multipopular wisdom categorically recommends to eat the breakfast independently, without sharing neither with the enemy, nor with the friend. And it is not mere words. In the morning nutritive matters are most fully acquired, and they will bring to an organism the greatest benefit.

Many people experience difficulties with acceptance of food in the mornings. "In me since morning nothing climbs. A maximum – a cup of coffee and a cigarette", – they say. And so, a cup behind a cup, a cigarette behind a cigarette, they suffer till a lunch. And at times and till a dinner if there are too much affairs. At this time the organism goes crazy.

Coffee – the great drink invigorating and starting the system of digestion on whole revolutions. And here, all organism, warmed and ready to reception of food, waits-waits … and is not here food and isn't present. And so occurs repeatedly during the day …

Morning – the most fertile time for power charging for the whole day. It is put in the person at the gene level. They deliver us energy – so choose those carbohydrates which will deliver energy as long as possible.

Traditional suppliers of "long-playing" carbohydrates – cereals. Usually do grain and flour of cereals. Grain is used for preparation of various porridges for breakfast, and it is the most correct source of carbohydrates. Especially if in production of grain a part of the grain covers rich with minerals is conserved. For example, a wheat groats contains more grain covers, than semolina – and both of them are made of the same seed of wheat.

Cook since morning porridge to yourself and the family, and you fill the darlings with the energy necessary for study and work. Porridge can be cooked on water, on milk or on "half" milk. Fill porridge with oil (if porridge on milk – that creamy and if on water – that is possible olive or linen). Add to taste honey, jam, pieces of fruit or dried fruits, berries, the fried nutlets or sunflower seeds, dry germs of wheat, a ground cinnamon, sesame or a linen seed. If you aren't an admirer of porridges, perhaps, you will suit the muesli which are filled in with milk or yogurt. The similar breakfast will also bring benefit to your health and will complement it with portion of calcium.

Fermented milk products for breakfast will give protection against a stress during the day. Replace at the same time and office coffee on yogurt, kefir or fermented baked milk – advantage will be undoubted. Perfectly there is since morning a cottage cheese watered with yogurt, honey, jam.

Make sandwiches for breakfast if neither porridge, nor a dairy breakfast suit you. But usual sandwich it can appear a little, especially if you use a white bread. This flour is subjected to clarification from very many useful substances. Take a chiselly bread, with addition of bran or a multigrain mixture. Small loafs are very useful and rich with minerals and cellulose – they perfectly will approach as a basis for sandwiches.

Still nobody cancelled a classical breakfast from eggs. Soft-boiled egg cooks within a minute, and eaten together with useful sandwich it will provide to you not only protein, but the lecithin which is contained in a yolk. And lecithin – the best means from deposits of cholesterol in vessels.

And, of course, the great breakfast is made by fruit or vegetables. Fruit plus a fruit juice, a vegetable salad plus a vegetable juice is both vitamins, and flavonoids, and ballast substances. And energy of useful plants – all for you!
