Monodiets get everything new and new supporters: process is clear, fast and very бюджетен! But whether so it actually?

What can be simpler, than adhere to a monodiet? It isn't necessary to remember combinations of products, to consider calories and to make the menu. It isn't necessary to prepare, by the way, too: I bought, for example, several packs of kefir, and any dirty pans! But an impression about complexity of healthy nutrition are strongly exaggerated! Of course, not to do without a certain knowledge base, but if purposefully to sit down and find for it time, it is possible to cope with a task to make the correct menu perfectly! In general, its basis also is one rule: ""food of 5 times a day in the small portions neither sweet, nor greasy food"".

When it is urgently necessary to get into a favourite dress after saturated spent vacation, not to the words of nutritionists that ""it is necessary to lose weight slowly"". And here - less than in a week you will get rid of at least 2 kilograms! Is seductive, isn't that so?

But actually these 2 kilograms will return as soon as you begin to eat in the usual mode. And, it will be already much more difficult to dump them: our organism is arranged so that the more often it something is deprived, the more carefully it reserves it. As a result, you can begin to swell literally from that fat-free kefir.

Do you seek to throw off as much as possible for short term? And here such tempting promises: ""2 days on kefir and 5 kg as happened!"". Of course, speaking about loss of weight, you mean fat, but...

You will lose water. When water supplies are spent, the organism will undertake the energy reserved from carbohydrates, and then muscles. Only after that it will begin to get rid of fat.

But in each product there is something useful!

Each monodiet sings of the product, allocating it with all range of useful properties: like, both fats burns, and restores work of digestive tract, and removes slags, and promotes cheerfulness... Both proteins, and a minimum of fats, and carbohydrates, and vitamins, and cellulose - all at it! 

But the nutritional value is inherent even in pies near the station, and in them there are also both proteins, and fats, and carbohydrates, and even minerals and vitamins. But the person has to receive vitamins, minerals and nutrients in a complex: first, because all of them are necessary every day for normal activity, and secondly because separately they are badly acquired (or aren't acquired in general).

The serving size is unlimited

One more ""plus"" is the unlimited serving size: obviously it isn't necessary to go hungry. Only began to hum in a stomach - at once we send couple of glasses of kefir or a plate of buckwheat there...

But the favourite product already by the end of day will become boring even if it will be favourite chocolate bars. The mood will fall, everything will become in burden, and the chance to gorge on from a paunch in the next bakery will increase. After even small restriction in food such Gers can will end is very deplorable!

As a result a monodiet - though a fast way, but inefficient. It is much more reasonable to adhere to healthy nutrition constantly, and it isn't as heavy as it seems at first sight!
