Any product from this salad can be good snack. Because of it it was also called "World snack". We will try to prepare it, perhaps, it will become the most favourite on your table.
It is required to you
- - apple sour – 1 piece;
- - onion – 1 piece;
- - a cucumber light-salted – 2 pieces;
- - egg – 2 pieces;
- - herring salty – 2 pieces;
- - mayonnaise – 70 – 80 g;
- - sour cream – 70-80 g.
Instruction
1. Eggs boil hard-boiled, cool and crush. Wash apple, clean a thin skin and cut on cubes. At onions remove a peel, wash, crumble small pieces, connect to apple and eggs. Crumble both pickles on cubes and send to other products.
2. Cut a herring accurately on fillet, then chop on small segments. Put pieces of fish in a bowl, mix with all products. Prepare gas station, mix sour cream with mayonnaise. Add gas station to salad, mix.
3. Salad will be especially good if several hours stand in the fridge. On a table serve World Snack salad, having decorated with greens.
