Foodstuff is poor in B6 vitamin. However, thanks to formation of this vitamin B an organism the microorganisms lived in intestines, the adult does not test his shortcoming. Children are very sensitive to a lack of a pyridoxine especially as in a children's organism of B6 vitamin it is developed a little.
