At the heart of a bed it is better to use an orthopedic mattress and a pillow on low landing. It optimum affects a condition of a backbone of an organism, almost without loading it during sleep, causing normal blood supply and functioning of other systems of bodies.

At a bad dream do not use sleeping medicines. Give to an organism the chance to show the functions independently.

It is desirable to sleep about an hour in afternoon in the afternoon. At bad night sleep – avoid to fill up in the afternoon to cause the maximum fatigue.
